Two levels totaling 65 m², on the ground floor: a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with toilet; upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and one with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Electric heating. Baby kit with travel cot and high chair. Sheets, towels, tea towels, and soap provided. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

For 4 to 6 people maximum (children and babies included) day and night, indoors and outdoors.
